Your Impact

As a vital member of our care team, you won’t just be providing assistance; you’ll be building meaningful connections. Your role focuses on supporting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, and—most importantly—fostering their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Personalized Care: Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, dressing and undressing, toileting, changing of incontinence aids, and following the individual’s support plan.

• Household Support: Light housekeeping, laundry, and nutritious meal preparation, feeding when and where necessary.

• Companionship: Attend  appointments with clients/individuals and engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support.

• Health Assistance & Monitoring: Medication prompting and assistance and to observe and report changes in client wellbeing to the clinical team.
